We approach every project from both business and technical perspectives. While we love software and the software development process, we're pragmatic and don't develop software for technology-sake. We are business-focused—our guiding light is to develop and build solutions that achieve your business objectives. To design our solutions we factor in all the information we have about your functionality, usability, content management, hosting, scalability, maintenance, budget, timeframe and future development requirements.
Every project starts with us asking a range of questions to understand and clearly define your business objectives. "What are the business challenges you're facing? Why are you interested to develop a software solution to solve them? What do you currently have in place? What have you tried? What are your resource and technology constraints?" It can be dizzying, but our questioning process is essential for us to get a solid understanding of your situation and to recommend a course of action.
Our proposals include our relevant expertise and work examples and proposed project phases, deliverables, resources, timeline, budget range, and any other information you need to make your decision. We revise the proposal with you as necessary in order to design a statement of work that works for all parties. Then, we get to implementing it.
