AdminTool

AdminTool is your control panel to centrally manage your website databases and other TechSuite Tools. Managing the database is simple because we provide intuitive web-based forms, icons and navigation to add, edit and remove the information.

EditTool

Update all of your static website content with EditTool. The process is remarkably simple – browse to the web page you want to edit, type your changes into the page and click “Save”. EditTool does not require any software. Patent pending.

Alumni Community: AlumniTool

AlumniTool is a custom designed website and database system for you and your alumni to keep in contact. The alumni site includes searchable alumni profiles, events, newsletters, job postings and other features.

Web-to-Paper Publishing: PublishTool

Use PublishTool to prepare printed marketing materials from the same content database powering your website. The print template is custom-designed with your specific layout of fonts, graphics and pictures. Works with Word 2000 and XP.

Proposal Creation and Management: ProposalTool

Easily and centrally create, save and manage proposals with ProposalTool. The system is web-based and can connect to other content sources for information to include in your proposals. All proposals are created within the web browser then outputted to Word for advanced formatting, printing and archiving.

Firm Expertise Management: ExpertiseTool

ExpertiseTool gives you the ability to centrally store and retrieve expertise information for the marketing department or entire firm. The system is web-based and can connect to other content sources to find relevant information for your search. Each set of results is fast, comprehensive and available for you to print or output to Word.

Contact and Relationship Management: ContactTool

Your attorneys can easily and discretely share their contacts with the marketing department using ContactTool. With the contacts centralized, you can quickly send targeted on-line and print marketing communications to specific contact groups.
