Pepper Hamilton LLP is a national law firm with more than 500 attorneys across 13 offices. We implemented a proposal generation system to enable the firm to rapidly generate precisely formatted proposals.

Our Role:

As a follow-up to building the new Pepper Hamilton Website and CMS, we implemented a powerful proposal generation system for Pepper to quickly and easily generate customized pitch books and proposals using data already entered in the website and other content databases.

Pepper marketing staff can select attorney biographies, practice area descriptions, firm case studies, and content saved for proposal only purposes then generate precisely formatted Word and PDF documents for further editing, saving, and distribution. Each generated document accurately matches their firm identity and layout requirements.

The system includes the ability to manage saved content for proposal only purposes and introductory letter, cover page, table of contents, separator page, page numbering, and other content and functionality features in each proposal.

In the proposal tracking section of the system, marketing staff can manage sales related information for each proposal including prospect, relevant attorneys, sales result, and other information. There is also a reusable settings section where proposal template settings can be saved and reused to quickly generate new proposals based on existing ones.
