Microsite generator to support selling
The B2B sale of 401(k) plans can be a multiyear process that involves the creation and delivery of detailed financial documents. One of the systems we built was an application to create custom-tailored microsites to pitch potential customers. Each site contains financial plan information and assets specific to its respective company, with documents and content populated from data in both Salesforce and distributed sources. This large-scale system powers over 14,000 microsites and undergoes constant development as a critical tool in the sale of new 401(k) plans.
Employee benefits portal to service 401(k) clients
Another example of a project for this client is a portal that enables the employees of their clients to understand their pay and benefits packages. This portal provides our client’s customers a method for streamlining communicating with employees about benefits and aids in retention. The portal is powered by a custom-built content management system (CMS). The CMS includes data import and statement batch printing features in addition to general site editing. It is also integrated with a single sign-on system (SSO) and provides in-depth reporting tools for site analytics.
